We are firm believers that every mind, body and soul is different and achieving your goals requires a different approach than the person next to you. This is why every training session, class and program will always be different – no two sessions are the same as we progress you to the healthiest and fittest version of yourself.

Come to us for your own private Personal Training session, bring a friend or your partner to support and encourage one another, or make it a social occasion and bring along up to three friends!


FIT2MOVE provides three different Personal Training options to cater to your busy schedule, with each training session designed specifically for you based on your personal goals and fitness level.  Each session with us will change as you build upon your strength, fitness and ability.

We can help you build a foundation of exercise if you are just starting out, or develop your skills and abilities even further for the elite athlete… aka ‘The Dancer’.

Our coaches and trainers will always put your safety first, ensuring you are challenged and pushed within a safe environment.

30 minutes $55 (not recommended for more than 1 person)
45 minutes $80

Skipping Fitness

FIT2MOVE has it all going on when it comes to group training. We offer a variety of classes to suit everyone’s needs and abilities, whether you want a workout and a giggle with friends or to sweat it out and build on your strength –  your needs are met.


Our classes are run in studios across Melbourne and bring our love of fitness and dancing TOGETHER!

From HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Dance LEGS, Yoga and Dance BODY – our classes will provide you with a challenging workout, and help your body become stronger to assist in your dance technique and endurance. Or, if you’re like us, they just combine a love of fitness and dance together in a workout you can enjoy!

It could be to help you start fresh and find a new path, gain motivation to help you chase a dream or achieve a goal, or even to help you find balance and plan out your coming weeks, months or year to assist in organisation.

  • The students absolutely loved the session. Many of the boys were apprehensive going to a Dance session but they all had a fantastic time and got so much out of it. It completely changed their perspective on Dance which is a credit to yourself. We had 40 Year 6 students take part in the session.   • Jarryd Byrne from FIT2MOVE provided The Ipswich State High School with a Hip Hop workshop on the 9th October 2015. His class was not only engaging for students and staff but provided an inspirational experience for students within a low-socioeconomic environment.
