FIT2MOVE provides three different Personal Training options to cater to your busy schedule, with each training session designed specifically for you based on your personal goals and fitness level. Each session with us will change as you build upon your strength, fitness and ability.
We can help you build a foundation of exercise if you are just starting out, or develop your skills and abilities even further for the elite athlete… aka ‘The Dancer’.
Our coaches and trainers will always put your safety first, ensuring you are challenged and pushed within a safe environment.

Our classes are run in studios across Melbourne and bring our love of fitness and dancing TOGETHER!
From HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Dance LEGS, Yoga and Dance BODY – our classes will provide you with a challenging workout, and help your body become stronger to assist in your dance technique and endurance. Or, if you’re like us, they just combine a love of fitness and dance together in a workout you can enjoy!
