Commencing dance at the age of 7, Alexandra has trained in Jazz, Ballet, Ballroom and Latin American. With years of dance training and a passion for health and wellbeing, Alexandra has since gone on to become a Certified Life Coach and Personal Trainer.
Alexandra provides FIT2MOVE with a wealth of knowledge and expertise and as a result, she has assisted in creating dance programs that are not only fun, but that benefit students physical health, mental health and wellbeing.
As a Master Personal Trainer Alexandra specialises in Children and Adolescents, Nutrition and Weight Management and Athlete Conditioning
Her goal is to help people of all ages live a healthier and happier life. Through encouraging changes in individuals lifestyle, exercise and eating habits, Alexandra brings a holistic approach to being more confident with ones self and every aspect within your surrounding.
